Showcase resume template

Work first, biography second — a portfolio-led resume.

Showcase flips the conventional order: “Selected Work” — your projects — comes before your profile, because for portfolio careers the work is the argument. A right-aligned photo, a full-width accent bar and dash-marked labels give it a gallery feel, while experience, skills, education and the rest follow in a single column.

Will Showcase pass applicant tracking systems?

Single column with real text, so parsing is straightforward — but note the unusual section order: some older systems expect Experience before Projects, and here Projects lead. The content is all captured; only the sequence differs. For strict portal applications where order matters, consider a conventional template and link your portfolio in the header instead.

Every Cvyon template exports through your browser's print-to-PDF, so the text layer stays selectable and searchable — the thing parsers actually read. After downloading, run your resume through our free ATS grader to confirm it scores well before you apply.

Questions about the Showcase template

Should projects really come before my experience?

If your strongest proof is what you built rather than where you worked — yes. Hiring managers for design and dev roles often look at work samples first.

How do I link my portfolio?

Put your portfolio URL in the website field so it appears in the header, and add live links to individual projects in their descriptions.

Is the photo required?

No — it sits right-aligned in the header and is entirely optional. The layout works with or without it.
